Adam brings over 20 years of outdoor industry expertise to Strata, with deep experience in product development, global sourcing, and bringing brands to market. As Senior Product Manager at Quality Bicycle Products, he managed $12M in annual product development, built international supplier partnerships, and led cross-functional teams from concept through launch. He created and scaled a highly profitable bicycle parts and accessories brand from zero to $4.5M in four years, developing strategic vision, managing supplier relationships, and executing go-to-market strategy. Before moving into product development, Adam owned and operated a four-location chain of bicycle and snowboard retail stores, giving him firsthand insight into what makes products succeed with U.S. consumers.
